Booking International Flights
I've always relied on travel agents when booking international flights but always book my own domestic flights. I've got some great advice from travel agents on flights, especially when having to transfer enroute but wonder if for direct flights there might be benefits in booking my own flights.
Thoughts?

I would give your travel agent the opportunity to price match anything you find online, as they can be easier to work with compared to a website or direct with the airline.
If they are a good travel agent they should tell you if it's a great deal and book it, and things to be on the look out for.
