Thailand in August

Hi!
I'm going on the Roam Thailand trip starting on the 8th August and was wondering if anyone had any advice on what I need to take?
Like clothes? What shoes? Do I need a sleeping bag? Ummm, I'm sure there's more, so any advice at all would be much appreciated!!!!!!
