baggage tips for Bali

Hello - has anyone done the Bali GAP adventure? If so, what sort of luggage is most suitable? Does any of the trekking involve carrying your own backpack? I will be packing sensibly (honest), but have a week in Bali after the adventure, so need to think about whether a wheeled case or a rucksack is more appropriate. Thanks for your help! Henna

Hi Henna,

You won't be carrying your backpack during the trek...just a daypack will do to hold your water, camera etc..

As for wheeled case vs backpack, well it's more of a personal choice and it's a well discussed topic on this forum:
