Help visas

i am form the UK and going to start my trip in South Africa in October which i believe i do not need a visa for is that correct? then after that i go from Johannesburg to Livingstone via Botswana do do i need visas for Botswana ans Zambia and if so can i buy them on the border?? i am doing the Botswana and overland falls tour if this helps!

For South Africa & Botswana you don't need a visa but you will do for Zambia:

Visas
British passport holders need a visa to enter Zambia. You can get a visa from the Zambian High Commission in London before you travel. . Single and double entry visit visas are available at all ports of entry, but multi-entry visas are not. If you plan to get a visa on arrival, make sure you have the correct amount of cash with you as change may not be available.

I needed a US 50 dollar note for the Zambian visa at the crossing. Cant remember for Namibia
