Passport Blank Pages
Hey all,
Just a quick question that some of you may be able to advise me on. It seems a bit pedantic but at the same time, its safer to ask than regret not getting advice!
I am travelling from Nairobi to Windhoek in a few months but only have about 5 blank pages in my passport. I have a fair few partially filled ones but only 5 are totally blank.
Is it true that some countries insist on one or two blank pages? Do some of the following countries do so, or plonk a full page sticker as a visa thus using up some of my precious 5 as I go! :Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia.
Cheers,
Oh and ps What are the temperatures like in June-July? Anyone done say the Nairobi to Vic Falls or Vic Falls to Windhoek tours got any advice re clothing/sleeping bags etc
Cheers,
Tony

Only have been to Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia and they all use stamps and they stamped wherever there was room.

i have only been to Uganda, Kenya & Tanzania & they stamped where they liked.
with the temperatures, it will be cold in the Ngorongoro Crater at nights but G gives you blankets there. You may need a fleece at nights & early mornings.

Re: Passport Blank Pages
First time I went to Kenya I just got a stamp, but last time I got a full sticker (transit visa). And since I had to transit twice, I got two stickers, plus a full page sticker in Tanzania, so that's 3 pages right there.
If you really want to be safe, send your passport in to your embassy to get more pages. Otherwise you assume the risk. Have a great trip!
