New member to this and to Gap tours!

Hello!!! I'm new to Gap tours and to using this site which if I'm truthful I'm a little bit lost in. Travelling, no problem, working out a website a whole different story! lol!!!

I am really looking forward to having two weeks where someone else is there to make the decisions for me (or a help make decisions) as usually I'm doing it all alone and with a small child.

Any tips that you think might be important. Either to navigate around this site or tips to go on a GAP tour (I have only heard good things about you GAP!!!) or what to bring to the Galapagos and Peru family adventure?

Daytripper is a sly GAP reference to a certain Beatles song and all it's implications!

OK. Serious answer: Daytripper is just GAP's waterhole label for those who have just made a few posts. I don't know the magic number to get other designations, like Nomad, Explorer and Windbag. The number of posts someone has is noted under their name, Avatar, on the right of each post.
